Introduction to Afterschool Training

This training, developed with a group of dedicated practitioners from Texas, aims to provide an introduction to afterschool and 21st CCLC programs for staff who are new to the field. It explores topics from academic support and skill development to creating a welcoming environment and working with the community. The training is customizable with options for hands-on activities and is estimated at approximately 75-90 minutes. Check it out to see if this training might be helpful for your team.

Thank you for posting your presentation on the “Introduction to Afterschool”. I find this training to be helpful because it brings a lot of good ideas and it also helps for an afterschool program to be successful and we can find ways to work with each other as a team to make sure that the students are doing great in school and they succeed.
