In session one of our series, we focused on Identifying Talent. We shared with you about putting together a recruitment team, budgeting for staff, linking core competencies to roles, and developing a human resources plan. Some of our participants shared the strategies and practices they will be implementing. These include developing program or site-led recruitment teams, using the guidance provided on hard and soft skills, among others.
