What is the culture and climate of your 21st CCLC program? Is your program a positive place where all students have the opportunity to learn and grow? If you’re not sure about your answer, we have two great sessions for you! We’ll help you build your culture, define your characteristics of a positive learning environment, and plan for positive behavioral management. This two-part series is a great learning opportunity for all 21st CCLC staff and we will highlight many free Y4Y resources that you can leverage to build a positive learning environment for your entire program community.
